How do Paurometaboly insects differ from Holometaboly insects?

Paurometaboly insects, also known as hemimetabolous insects, undergo a development process characterized by incomplete metamorphosis. In this process, the young insects, called nymphs, resemble the adults but are usually smaller and lack fully developed wings. As they grow, nymphs shed their exoskeleton multiple times and gradually develop into adults.
